Dear Employees,
As you know, the Government shutdown is affecting salary transfers due to the IRS and other monetary agencies being understaffed during the shutdown. Please note that, your salary will be delayed but they are not stopped.
We understand the fear as many companies have halted salaries or fired individuals completely during the shutdown, but rest assure, your employment and salary is safe.
We ask that you give us extra time as we send out salaries. We are limited to a certain amount a day and will cause massive delays, like most companies being affected by the shutdown.

This decisions is part of a restructuring plan by our hiring policies to better align with company goals and operational requirements. While we value the diverse talents that has contributed to AdvitCare's success, this adjustment is necessary to ensure streamlined operations in the regions we serve.
Current employees from the aforementioned locations will not be affected by this policy. AdvitCare remains committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for its existing workforce.

This policy change is part of our efforts to optimize resource allocation and ensure the highest level of service for our existing clients. By concentrating on our current client base, we aim to maintain the quality and efficiency that we are known for.
Please note, this policy does not affect existing clients from the aforementioned locations, who will continue to receive full access to our services and support, including extended their services.

Effective from 22nd January 2025, all AdvitCare clients in the Unitd States will experience a 30% increase in service fees. This adjustment is necessary due to the upcoming tariffs expected to be introduced by President Trump's administration, which will significantly impact business operations and overall costs within the United States.
Why This Change is Necessary?
The anticipated tariffs will result in higher expenses across several operation areas, including supply chain logistics and compliance. While we have made every effort to absorb previous increases in cost, the scale of these new tariffs leaves no alternative but to adjust you pricing structure to maintain the standard of services you rely on.
This increase will be automatically applied to all invoices generated after the effective date. For new clients, the revised rates will apply immediately upon registration in January 2025.

AdvitCare wishes to inform all prospective loan applicants of a significant update to our loan policies, effective immediately. From this date forward, all individuals, companies, other businesses, and organizations located within the United States will be permitted to secure only one loan per calendar year. This restriction applies universally across all categories of applicants without exception.
It is important to note that this updated policy is effective from the date of this notice and applies to all new loan applications submitted thereafter. Applications that were filed prior to the issuance of this notice will not be impacted by the new restriction and will continue to be processed according to the terms and conditions in place at the time of their submission.
We understand that this adjustment may require some applicants to revise their financial planning strategies. This policy is part of AdvitCare's broader efforts to address the changing financial crisis of the United States.
